Scarlett Sloane has a unique legal, theatrical, and international background that provides her with useful tools and creative strategies when resolving the distinct legal issues our clients face. Scarlett represents a diverse pool of clients in a wide range of legal matters and wholeheartedly protects their interests from the start of their case to trial litigation. Born and raised in South Florida, Scarlett focuses her practice in matters pertaining to family law, immigration, and business law and litigation. She also assists clients in a variety of litigation and non-litigation matters involving immigration petitions, legal permanent residence, naturalizations, trusts and estate planning, real and personal property, and contracts.
Throughout her family law and immigration practice, Scarlett advises clients on the most prudent ways to achieve their goals while curtailing legal risk regarding the members of their families and immigration status. Scarlett is fully committed to defending the rights of her clients while helping them find a well-tailored solution to their complex legal problems. Her sympathy and compassion allow her to understand the seriousness of her client’s case, while her intuition and creative thinking help her clients navigate their cases with intelligence and grace.

Scarlett holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in Lexington, KY, and an International Affairs and Spanish degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee. Scarlett is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and is also a notary public. Additionally, Scarlett is fluent in Spanish.
